Walid Al Attar is a Director of EGA America Inc.
Mr. Al Attar served as Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Global Aluminium until 2021.
He joined DUBAL as a trainee in 1984. Mr. Al Attar progressed to become Executive Vice President of Marketing & Sales, making him a member of DUBAL’s executive management team. In addition, Mr. Al Attar previously acted as Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Emirates Aluminium and served on EMAL’s Executive Committee. DUBAL and EMAL merged in 2014 to form Emirates Global Aluminium.
Mr. Al Attar holds a Higher National Diploma (with Distinction) from Slough College of Higher Education, England and has attended numerous training sessions at international institutes such as IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and Harvard Business School.
