Toby Irvine Shore

Toby Shore has been a Director of EGA America Inc. since 2004.

Mr. Shore is also Senior Director, Group Treasury, Risk and Insurance at Emirates Global Aluminum, overseeing and managing the capital structure and liquidity profile as it relates to the treasury operations of cash management, counterparty credit risk management, financing, hedging and insurance portfolios.

He developed and articulated EGA’s enterprise wide risk management philosophy; implemented an integrated risk management framework and platform; and has over-arching management responsibility to manage and report on the financial, operational and strategic risks of the company.
